I have permission issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development no. 6237 in the range of real estate valuation as well as machines and devices permanently related to it.

I possess an obligatory third party liability insurance of an entrepreneur conducting activities in the field of property appraisal for a guarantee sum of 25,000 EUR contracted with PZU S.A. (Polish Insurance Company) based on the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of December 13, 2013 on compulsory insurance of civil liability of an entrepreneur conducting activities in the field of property appraisal.

I offer complex and professional service in the field of all types of real estate valuation, both built-up and undeveloped, including:

The cost of providing the service is determined individually for each client on the basis of the number of factors, such as: type of property, the purpose and scope of the valuation, location of the property, and time for implementation of the study.

• trends analysis of particular real estate segments

While performing valuations, I act on the basis of currently applicable laws and professional standards of property appraisers.
